Sorry to bother you. But on receiving the notice that the HYPNO case STL file is available, I purchased it. The link provided to me takes me to a link that says there is no shopify website available. Don’t know if the problem is SLEEPY’s or Shopify. HELP…

Ah crap sorry about that… I resent the download link email via shopify, if this doesn’t work please reach out to support@sleepycircuits.com with this issue and we will make sure this is sent to you ASAP

Update for anyone experiencing this now:
We are still experiencing some issues with this due to a faulty Shopify plugin, we are currently trying to figure it out with support.
If you are missing a file please try your supplied link with the prefix " https://delivery.shopifyapps.com/" instead of " https://sleepy-circuits-shop.myshopify.com/ " provided in the email.
If this doesn’t work please proceed to email support@sleepycircuits.com and we will send you the proper link manually ASAP.
Just to update, this bug is now resolved! All digital products should provide the proper link in delivery emails. If you have any issues, just email us support@sleepycircuits.com
