I am curious how you guys are doing smooth transitions between presets when you do a live performance.
Smooth? No not really, but I have learned that there’s two ways I’ve learned to switch patches in a performance:
The first is that I will start with a basic patch, and as the song I am playing gets more and more intense, I slowly make the visual patch more glitchy, until I get ready to change my song and then change the patch as well.
The second way is that I have several patches in a row lined up as a grouping of patches. As the song goes on, I just load the different patches when different parts of the song are playing.
