I recently found out that NASA has a large searchable database of free-use videos – https://images.nasa.gov.

Here are their usage guidelines – https://www.nasa.gov/multimedia/guidelines/index.html.

Does anybody know other quality public domain or free-use video libraries?

Hey y’all,

I collected all of these photos from NASA’s Hubble website directly and then resized them to 720x486 for SD video devices. These are public domain, and only just the top 100 photos, so there’s plenty more you can get on the Hubble website https://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/hubble/multimedia/index.html

With a computer or iPad, you could output these images into Hypno using an HDMI to USB capture device.

I recently found a great source for free, high-quality photos. I know, not video, but still cool!
