Mezzz disconnecting often

  1. Even when fully charged and right next to my ipad pro M1, my mezz will often restart.
  2. Presets aren’t saving even when the light turns green while holding down encoders.
  3. VidOS giving me a black screen when in overdrive feedback mode, at which point an app restart is required. Issue is not immediate, as it first begins to slow framerate before going blank. No crash reports available. Is this an M1 ipad issue? if so, i’m sad my money didn’t get me what i wanted but i guess i can limit the stuff going on visually?

Was hoping to use it for a gig next week but a bit uncertain.

Are Mezzz & vidOS on the most updated versions of the firmware? Sounds like some incompatibilty issues between the two.
