Hi! I’m a eurorack synth performer, and am seriously interested in purchasing a hypno. I notice that there is mention of a usb port and composite video jack, but in the shop page these are missing from the panel. Is there a new version that is being referenced but isn’t as documented, and if so, is this the version that I would be purchasing? Thanks in advance!
Hello, the current version of Hypno has HDMI output and full-sized USB ports on the rear of the unit. If you want to house the Hypno in a Eurorack case, I would suggest getting the no-pi version and supplying your own Raspberry Pi. Then you can couple that with the Eurorack HDMI and USB adapters in order to get the full capabilities of Hypno in your Eurorack setup.
