Could I use the pcie slot and a 2230 ssd to run hypno os?

Yes, you could hypothetically use the PCIe slot and an SSD, but it’s a bit overkill. Hypno will run fine using a USB 2.0 flash drive or similar device, but if you want to beef up your setup, feel free to experiment.
